    After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel, we will visit the (British Museum), which holds a collection of 8 million objects preserving human history, culture and art across almost 2 millions years. It is one of the three largest museum in the world along with Metropolitan Museum of New York and the Louvre Museum in Paris. Next, see the (Tower of London), a historic castle which served many purposes, including royal residence, barracks, armory, prison and museum. It has been an iconic landmark here in the United Kingdom and was listed as a World Heritage Site in 1988. Last but not least, see the famous (Buckingham Palace), the home of the royal family, the place where Queen of England works and resides. It is one of the few royal palaces still in use today.

    After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel, we will visit one of the seven wonders of the world, (Stonehenge), the remains of a ring of standing stones set within earthworks. Archaeologists believed Stonehenge was constructed from 3000 B.C. to 2000 B.C. with recent evidence indicating that it could have been a burial ground from as early as 3000 B.C. Afterwards, we will head to (Southampton) Port to board Celebrity Silhouette. Enjoy outstanding cuisine, fun entertainment, and much more.

    Our cruise ship arrives in (Funchal), it consists of 4 islands off the northwest coast of Africa, which is volcanic, green and rugged, with high cliffs, and pebble beaches. This is also the hometown of Portugal football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. Enjoy (Eira do Serrado), a beautiful viewpoint with breathtaking views of the mountains, overlooking the (Valley of the Nuns) and the highest peak of Madeira.

    Today our cruise ship arrives in Tenerife, the largest island in the Canary Islands. (Teide National Park) has a landscape revolving around the largest volcano in Spain, with the last eruption in 1798. With unique landscape of craters, volcanoes and rivers, the Teido Volcano stands at around 3,718 above sea level and is still an active volcano. Teide National National Park was listed in 2007 and is currently the world’s third largest volcano.

    Our cruise ship arrives in (Las Palmas), in the Canary Islands. Journey to (Arucas), and visit (San Juan Bautista), a catholic temple which took almost 70 years to build. This beautiful dark Gothic style church displays a strong contract among the bright white houses nearby. We will have a chance to pass through the Angostura Valley, where you can see the largest volcanic crater, (Bandama Caldera). The top stands almost 2000 feet above sea level at its highest point and the bottom of the crater is about 700 feet deep. We will then head back to Las Palmas, where we will get to see (Catedral de Santa Ana). It is the first church here in the Canaries after the city was conquered in 1478. It took almost four centuries to built, with architectural styles included, Gothic, Renaissance and Neoclassical. See (Alfredo Kraus Auditorium), a complex with 2 concert halls that resembles a combination of a fortress and a lighthouse.

    10/5-10/6 LISBON - PORTUGAL
    (Day1) Today our cruise ship arrives in Lisbon, the capital and largest city of Portugal. Lisbon is Europe’s second oldest capital, once home to the world’s greatest explorers like Vasco da Gama and Prince Henry the Navigator. We will first visit (Pena Palace), which displays the 19th century Romanticism style architecture. As listed as a World Heritage Site in 1995, it is a famous national landmark which looks as though it was built by putting towers, facades, and different castles together. The interior was designed to reflect cultural influence between Middle Eastern styles to the European Baroque. We will then make a stop at (Miradouro de Santa Luzia), a beautiful look out point with panoramic views of Lisbon.
    (Day 2) On our second day tour, we will see (Padrão dos Descobrimentos), a monument on the northern bank of the Tagus River, which celebrates the Portuguese Age of Discovery during the 15th and 16th centuries. Besides Henry the Navigator as the main statue, you can see the additional 33 figures from the history of the discoveries. Next visit Belem Tower, it has a surprisingly rich exterior with beautiful sculpted balconies and fine limestone ornaments, a testament to the wealth Portugal experienced during the Maueline era. Explore (Jerónimos Monastery), built in 1580, with a unique Manuel-style building developed in Portugal. The most classic feature is the twisted shape column and the intricate window sills that were listed as World Heritage Sites in 1983. Last but not least, stroll through (Baixa), the most central business and renowned area in Lisbon. Enjoy shopping, restaurants, hotels, local shops and much more.

    Our cruise ship arrives in Vigo, Spain, with great combination of ancient history, beautiful beaches and a modern cosmopolitan outlook. The city sits on the rugged west coast of the province of Galicia with a deep, fjord-like harbor. We will visit (Santiago de Compostela), which is the capital city of Galicia, Spain. It was originally founded by the Suebi in the early 400s, as part of the collapse of the Roman Empire. Today, this city is popular for its ancient history and its religious tradition. (Catedral de Santiago de Compostela) is one of the most well known places of Catholicism because it is reputed to be the place where St. James one of the twelve Apostles of Christ, was buried.
